Oberperfuss is located 15 Km from Innsbruck, direction Seefeld/ Kühtai. In the surroundings one finds a wide choice of restaurants and mountain taverns. A list is provided upon arrival. 5 walking minutes from property there is a medium price supermarket with a large supply of goods. Innsbruck airport is 9 Km distant.

The area

Ski information
200 meters from property there is an alpine ski school for adults and children. The well known ski resorts of Kühtal, Stubaithal, Lizum and Seefeld are 20 minutes drive.

Summer activities
A lot of tracking tours are possible in the Alps with a departure from the house.
A 18 hole golf course in Igls can be reached within 20 minutes by car. Tennis courts. Bicycle and tracking tours.
You can swim in the nearby lakes as well as in two very nice public swimming pools that are excellent for children.

The stylish villa lays in its own large grounds, surrounded by one of the most beaufull landscapes of Tyrol, and not far from Innsbruck. It is tastefully equipped and furnished, providing an ideal retreat for families with children looking for a quiet location. The villa consists of 2 semidettached houses, one of them being available for rental. This house provides a living area of 200 m² spread over 3 floors. The separate entrance opens directly into the gardens, with a small balcony and a sitting corner just in front of the house, providing a panoramic view over the mountains. The very low traffic, the large gardens and the surrounding fields are the ideal place for children activities. There are 4 large bedrooms with comfortable beds. The ground floor provides the possibility of an independent accommodation, ideal for families travelling together.

In the first floor there is a living room, a dining room, one bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen.
In the loft there are another 2 bedrooms.

Maid service available if required, against fee.
