Villa Efni Bay is a charming two-bedroomed stone villa offering lovely views over Kalkan village and Marina. Situated in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan, the villa is fully air-conditioned with inlaid travertine marble flooring throughout. Kalkan village is a 10 minute walk away (downhill). The villa is an ideal property for a small family or one or two couples.
In brief, the ground floor of Villa Efni Bay is arranged as follows. There is a living area with French doors leading to the pool terrace. There is a living area with a large sofa, which doubles as a large extra bed for up to 2 persons, two armchairs, CD Player, Satellite TV &DVD Player. There is an IPOD docking station and internet WiFi connection. There is a dining area with seating for 6 people. There are patio doors here leading to the covered pool terrace, with extra dining furniture for al-fresco dining on the feature stone-built barbecue. There is a wc cloakroom here.
The first floor comprises of the bedrooms off a central landing. The double bedroom with en-suite shower bathroom with hairdryer and a full length mirror. The twin bedroom also has its own modern en-suite shower bathroom. There is a central landing here with a door to a large veranda-style balcony furnished with table and chairs .
Outside the villa has enclosed gardens with a large swimming pool. The furnished sun-bathing terraces have sunbeds, parasols and deckchairs. The sea-views are fantastic and the restaurants and bars of the Resort centre are only a short-walk. albeit down the hill.
The villa is fully air-conditioned. Satellite TV, DVD player and WiFi internet access provided.
There is a weekly clean and linen change.
