Villa Dundar - Top floor is a two bedroom apartment in a private villa in Antiphellos / KAS. It has its own pool, a beautiful garden (2000sqm) with fruit trees and flowering shrubs, a bathroom, a full kitchen, a large barbecue area and lots of seating that can be placed exactly where you want it. The two double/twin rooms accommodate four people. There is satellite television and stereo radio in the lounge. Within 200 metres, there’s a beach and restaurants.

The owners live ground floor and will offer assistance if required. The apartment, of course, is completely self-contained and the owners use the garden and pool very little, so it's like having a private villa for the price of an apartment.

We are located at the big pebble beach area. Biggest beach of Kas. There are 5 restaurants which offers free sunbed and umbrella. You just have to drink or eat lunch in their facilities.

Villa Dundar is within walking distance to Kas center. There are minibus service every 2 hours or you can take taxi with reasonable price.
