The upper level consists of two bedrooms and family bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, large wardrobes, TV with DVD player, ceiling fans plus patio doors that lead to a private balcony with table and chairs for two and amazing views of the sea and mountains. Bedroom two has twin beds, wardrobes and ceiling fan. The family bathroom has a bath with shower attachment and WC.
The villa can accommodate a 5th person who can sleep on a fold away bed.
The exterior of the villa has a private heated pool with a ladder entry and is surrounded by a large terrace with 4 sunbeds with mattresses and a table and chairs for 6 guests. There is also an outside shower and BBQ. There are splendid views of mountains and the sea from the terrace. This villa also has private parking.

This is a lovely 2 bedroom villa to rent in San Eugenio.
The amazing Siam park is just a five minute walk away. There are plenty of nearby bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, banks etc. The sandy beach and Puerto Colon are also just a 10/15 minute walk away.
