This modern, fully air-conditioned, one bedroom, one bathroom apartment located in Puerto Alto, Estepona, just a very short walk to the harbour of Estepona with its supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and bars. It offers good sized accommodation for two in a very central location. The holiday apartment offers a double bed with plenty of wardrobe space, a bathroom with bath and overhead shower, hand basin and lavatory. The washing machine is also located in the bathroom. Walking into the apartment you come in via the hallway which separates the apartment in to the lounge, bedroom and bathroom. In the lounge you have a comfortable sofa, flat screen television offering British and international channels, internet access via fibre optic and access to the generous south east balcony with its dining table for four guests. The indoor dining area is conveniently next to the open kitchen, which has all mod cons. The apartment complex of Puerto Alto is conveniently placed between the two beaches of Playa la Rada and Playa del Cristo, both of which offer Chiringuitos serving drinks and food through the day. This is a great property, very well located, and offers many extras not normally found in one bedroom holiday apartments. This modern apartment is located in the popular Puerto Alto Estepona apartment complex, just five minutes’ walk to Estepona marina, with its abundance of bars, restaurants, cafes and two supermarkets (one of which is open until 2 am). Head to Reinaldo’s bar near the control tower for its people watching and happy hour! There are two beaches very close by - Playa la Rada and Playa del Cristo - both within seven minutes’ walk. Both have chiringuito beach bars for snacks and drinks served during the day and evening. Playa del Cristo has soft sand and shallow water, which is ideal for younger children. Located about 12 minutes’ walk along the sea front, youll find the old town of Estepona with its quaint cobbled streets, pretty flower lined avenues and traditional Spanish charm. Head towards Plaza de las Flores for the centre of the old town and a refreshing ice cream at the Heladeria! Here you’ll also find the main shopping street of La Terraza, with its boutique shops. Also, have a look for Calle Real where you’ll find traditional tapas bars and excellent eateries! Whilst on the terraza, carry on to see the Orchid glass house, which was built in 2014 it is a great place to pass a morning or afternoon. The apartment is located in easy day trips of some of the larger towns of Andalucia: Seville, Cordoba, Granada and Málaga. Don’t forget Gibraltar is only 30 minutes away too, where you can pay in Sterling and enjoy many bargains in the shopping street of Main Street. The apartment is less than four minutes walk to a taxi rank and also the local bus stop. The Wednesday market is held about 10 minutes walk from the apartments – ideal for knick-knacks and fresh fruit and vegetables. The Sunday market in the marina is great for souvenirs and gifts to take home for family and friends. Close to beaches, restaurants, bars and port In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older. You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself. We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible. Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk. Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service. Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement. Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
