This recently spacious refurbished 2-Bedroom apartment is located on the beautiful bay of Madalena do Mar, reputed to have the best climate on the island, and is close to cafés, restaurants and across the road from the promenade built alongside the beach. At the end of the promenade you will find a sandy beach and the traditional Dona Maria Bar, well know to the locals as the place to be.
Sea-view is had from the sitting area and both bedrooms. Outdoor dining overlooking the sea is available from the living room terrace, perfect for those evening meals whilst watching the sun go down. The Master bedroom features a king-size bed and leads to its own private balcony with sea-view and deck-chairs. The second bedroom has two single beds and sea-view, and shares the family bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped and leads to the laundry room.
Although small, Madalena do Mar has a good selection of cafés and restaurants, in the spread along the bay, village and promenade, all within easy walking distance and is the perfect combination of winter or summer sun with easy access to the mountains and Madeira countryside via the expressway. The Levada Nova, very popular with walkers, passes just above the village.
There are walks around the hills of Ponta do Sol and easy access to the plateau of Paul da Serra, with its many levada walks, makes this villa perfectly located for walking in Madeira and for enjoying a lovely holiday surrounded by the beautiful Madeira countryside.

A Security Deposit of 100€ or £100 is payable in cash on arrival; this is returned on check-out in the same currency, unless there are damages to the property or contents.
To secure your reservation, a deposit of 30% is required, or the full amount if within 8 weeks or arrival, and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Should you cancel up to 8 weeks prior to arrival only the deposit is non-refundable, and within this period the full amount.
