The landscaped gardens of the urbanisation are well maintained and are a joy to walk through to gain access to the quiet beaches of this seafront development called Bahia Azul. Located on the western outskirts of Estepona, on the road to Algeciras/Gibraltar, making it easy to get into town and marina with all the facilities and amenities they provide. Just a 30 minute walk to two supermarkets (ALDI/Mercadona and Super Sol) and located 3 Km west of Estepona town centre. Estepona port is also a 30 minute walk along the beach passing through the famous Playa del Cristo beach with its two large beach bars, ideal for families and friends. Estepona is a good central point for those looking to base themselves somewhere with nice beaches with plenty of things to do whilst being able to go exploring more of the coast such as Puerto Banus, Marbella old town, Gibraltar and Morocco.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
