The Petit Delaney Apartment is brand new on the holiday letting market!

It is comprised of a large double-glazed lounge with dining table, one large bedroom and one bathroom with bath and shower over. There is also a separate eat-in kitchen.

Wifi internet is free and cable TV is being installed on 15 December 2009.

The Petit Delaney Apartment is on the ground floor of one of the magnificent Regency buildings towards the end of the Old Steine, and is an oasis of calm from the hustle and bustle of city life outside.

Conveniently located on the Old Steine, this wonderful place is walking distance from everything you need during your stay. The Petit Delaney Apartment is just 10 minutes on foot or a short taxi ride from Brightons mainline station.

You will undoubtedly fall in love with the Petit Delaney, the local area and everything it has to offer!


Area overview
There is simply too much to do here to list! Whether youve come to Brighton to experience the nightlife, culture, history or shopping, everything is right on your doorstep.

If you fancy some pampering, why not have a massage or beauty treatment at one of the nearby salons or spas? The owner is a big fan of holistic therapies and can recommend the best treatments in Brighton.

A short bus ride will take you up to Devils Dyke where you can experience panoramic views of the Downs.

The Royal Pavilion is a 5 minute walk away and is open to visitors on a daily basis.

The nearest clubs and bars are a minutes walk away, but dont worry about noise as the bedroom is out the back and with fire doors and double glazing in the lounge, you are certain to have a restful nights sleep.

The Sealife Centre and Brighton Pier are just over the road, so theres something for the kids too!

You will certainly not need a car to get the most out of your holiday... you can get just about anywhere by bus from the Old Steine!

Additional information
The apartments layout is very flexible ideal for one or two people and another two can easily be accommodated on the comfortable double sofabed in the spacious double-glazed lounge. There is also a single sofabed in the bedroom, perfect for a fifth person or child. Extra people cost £25 each and please ensure you selec t the correct amount of occupants otherwise they will not have anywhere to sleep and no linen!

For parties of up to 17, or if you just want more space or a bedroom each, why not rent the Delaney Apartment or Nouveau Delaney Apartment too directly upstairs?

If you would like to check-in earlier or have a lie-in past usual check-out time of 10:00, you can extend either by two hours by purchasing an "extra" at the check-out.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building. Thank you for your understanding.

I am the cleaner and manager of the property, so if you have any special requirements, please do not hesitate to contact me. Unlike most other holiday apartments, I do not charge you extra to check-in during unsociable hours.
