Our english speaking parents in law manage the property when we are not there and everyone has commented from our other Polish house how helpful they are should you need any help with anything.sightsThere is so much to do in this part of poland, most comment two weeks is not enough time and we have regular returning visitors to our properties from all over the world. Krakow with the largest square in europe, its castle, the jewish quarter are a must for a couple of days. the rafting between poland and slovakia is breathtaking and not dangerous, polish mountain men in traditional clothes punt you down river for two hours between the mountains. the salt mine with its endless carved chambers and underground carved church and museum is everyones favourite. Zakopane with its high mountains and james bond cable car to the summit, the restaurants mountain men and summer walking or winter skiing. Aushwitz and Berken are an hour away sobering but most agree a life changing experience to visit. the local town of myslenice is very much a Polish town where you will not be charged tourist prices like Krakow. A top restaurant comes to roughly ten pounds a head for a good steak and a couple of pints or glasses of wine or of course polish vodka. You can walk back to the house in 15 minutes from the centre.
