Our modern apartment (built 2003) is located next to the beach on the New Golden Mile between Puerto Banus and Estepona. This is now one of the most exclusive areas on the Costa del Sol.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and has both air conditioning and warm air heating for winter nights. This is one of the largest 3 bedroom properties within the complex.

Within the sub-tropical gardens is a large swimming pool and children's pool.

The apartment is very tastefully furnished and consists of a 25mĢ living/dining room equipped with TV (basic UK sky channels), DVD, Playstation 2, radio and CD player. A good size south facing balcony overlooks the pool and gardens. Two of the bedrooms are doubles and one is a twin. All bedrooms have large built in wardrobes. The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine.

Although the apartment is equipped to accommodate 6 people, 2 temporary beds could be provided if required and these would be charged as an extra.

The complex is a 100 yard stroll to the beach via a direct access path where you can find several beach bars and restaurants. Next door is the 5 star Gran Player Bella Hotel with further bars and entertainment and adjacent is an excellent tennis club.

Nearby you will find restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets and not forgetting the many golf courses that are all close by.

A car is recommended but not essential and the journey time from Malaga or Gibraltar Airport is about 45 minutes.

Linen is changed on a weekly basis and cleaning between lets unless otherwise requested.
