A large,detached, well furnished, luxury villa with modern facilities. Situated near the beach on a quiet Tunisian island with spectacular sea views.Everything is provided to make your stay comfortable and memorable. All of the rooms are light,airy and fully equipped complete with fans and portable heaters and blankets for cooler winter nights. All windows are fitted with fly/mosquito screens (pull down as required) this means fresh air throughout without the worry of any insects. The studio is attached and accessed directly from the main villa.The main villa houses three of the bedrooms with another twin room in the studio and an occasional bedroom with twin beds in the main area. Bedroom 1 is an extra large family room with one extra large double bed and one single bed.

Set in a prime location close to beautiful beaches and calm blue seas, the walled gardens are spacious with planted, shaded areas, patios and a walkway to the water.The property has a wrap around upstairs balcony, a patio leading from the kitchen and terrace overlooking and surrounding the pool area which is fully equipped with tables/chairs/sun loungers for relaxing/eating al fresco.

Local Area
Lying 18miles / 1hr by ferry from Sfax on the Tunisian mainland are the serene and beautiful islands of Kerkennah. The Islands are surrounded by tranquil safe waters and covered with date palms, quietly undiscovered and relatively unchanged by time where fish can be bought at the port straight off the boat, very cheaply. Perfect for enjoying the quiet pace, warm welcome and local traditions of the region. Worth a visit is the ancient fort of El-Hassah or enjoy walking, bird watching, swimming or relaxing on the local sandy beaches where the sea is warm and shallow, safe for children and lovely for swimming. Visit Sfax by ferry and explore the ancient Medina and markets and shop for bargains. A car is not necessary to explore the beauty of the area. Restaurants and the main hotel are within walking distance of the villa and Remla is the main town for banks, shops, ATMs and the weekly market. However the local shops cater for most daily needs.
