The breathtaking view from the balcony, of the Hantana mountain range alone makes it worth staying in the house!Your home away from homeBuilt to a Western design on a plateau surrounded by a beautiful green, the house offers not only the space and view but also privacy and all other modern facilities including a fully fitted kitchen. The garden is full of tropical fruit trees and has 2 swings for children to play. A garage, a car porch and enough parking space are available. One room is air conditioned, although temperature in Kandy does not often rise above 28 degrees Celsius. Average temperature is 21 degrees Celsius.All amenities are within a few kilometres of the house. Only 3 Km to a modern supermarket. The suburban town of Peradeniya where the famous botanical garden and the University are situated is only 2KM away. 10Km to the city of Kandy itself. Taxi fare to Kandy is o about €2 (4 AUD). Plenty of buses and three-wheeler taxis also run to and fro from Kandy.
