Villa Costa Brava is a spectacular Villa, an ideal base with stunning views from which to base your holiday whilst relaxing and exploring the rest of the Algarve. This stunning 4 bedroom holiday home (all of which have their own en-suite bathrooms) is perfect for both indoor and outdoor living. Outside there is a superb private heatable swimming pool (pool heating as an optional extra) with sea views that you can enjoy whilst lounging on your sunbeds. The two bedrooms on the ground floor have large glass doors leading out to the swimming pool, and the two bedrooms on the first floor share a lovely balcony from which you can enjoy the stunning sunsets. As soon as you enter Villa Costa Brava, from the stunning glass feature in the dining/lounge area you can see the quality and elegance that runs throughout the whole house. The property provides satellite television, free WIFI and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator / freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is a small laundry room off of the kitchen that houses the washing machine and ironing facilities and a door from the kitchen leads to the outside brick built Algarvian BBQ ideal for preparing al fresco meals. The Villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and has parking spaces within the gates. All amenities including restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets are just a short drive away. The fantastic sandy beaches of Castelo, São Rafael and Gale are also just a few minutes’ drive away, providing an excellent choice for a day out. The town of Albufeira with its colourful marina, charming Old town along the Pescadores beach and the Strip, as well as quality restaurants, pubs and shops, is located within a 10-minute drive. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 0:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only) • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts Prices up to 8 people. • The 9th to the 12th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.*** Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The remaining amount must be paid the following day at the reception. The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed. ***Please note that in the case of all cancellations there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €250 to cover all administration costs incurred, even for bookings made under the Free cancellation policy.
