Villa Cinema is an exclusive 6-bedroom villa that offers a privileged location in the heart of Albufeira, within walking distance of the best golden sand beaches. This stunning villa, with a capacity for up to 12 + 2 people, has all the special touches that will make your vacation a truly memorable experience: from the large private heatable pool, to the Cinema Room or the complete Gym. With an incredibly central location, within walking distance of all amenities, Villa Cinema benefits from air conditioning throughout, free WIFI and perfect attention to detail, making it the ideal option for your holidays with family or friends. On the ground floor you will find 2 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with a private bathroom and 1 bedroom with two single beds, as well as an additional bathroom. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with two single beds, all with en-suite bathrooms. On the upper floor there is also a bedroom with two single beds, a large terrace with sea view, as well as an additional bathroom. Also located on the ground floor is the spacious and fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, ceramic hob, oven and all the utensils you may need to cook at home. The kitchen has a pantry with a washing machine, ironing board and iron. The living and dining room is light and airy, with a dining table, comfortable sofas, TV with national and international channels and air conditioning. The lovely outdoor space and the excellent swimming pool (heated as an optional extra) are accessible through the large glass door in the living room and dining area. On the lower floor you can enjoy the exclusive cinema room with 2 sofas, a coffee table and equipment for projecting films on the big screen. You will also find on this floor the complete Gym, with fixed bike, abdominal bench, elliptical machine and treadmill, ensuring that you do not compromise your exercise routine during your vacation. At Villa Cinema you can relax in total luxury, while you are a short walk from a wide range of renowned restaurants and some of the most beautiful white sand beaches in the Algarve, where you can also enjoy water sports activities, as well a short distance away from an excellent golf course. The city of Albufeira with its colorful marina, the charming Old Town along Praia dos Pescadores and the Strip, as well as quality restaurants, pubs and shops, are minutes away on foot from the property. Car Hire is not necessary, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. ** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 0:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price.
