The apartment complex features a communal, 17 m x 8 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.9 m to 2 m, a 500 m2 garden, a tennis court (please bring your own racquets) and an exterior shower. A 20 minutes walk takes you to Gandilandia, an entertainment park for children. Besides, your kids will find several playgrounds on the sea promenade of Gandia. The Parpalló Cave, located in the Mondúver mountains, is an interesting prehistoric site, where cave paintings have been found.
