The shared exterior area of this cosy apartment is wonderful. It features a great chlorine pool sizing 37 x 30 metres with a water depth that goes from 1 to 2 metres, a children pool of 7 x 6 metres and 0.5 metres depth, an exterior shower where you can wash the salt off after a long day in the beach and two tennis courts where you can spend great moments. In addition, the apartment boasts a beautiful glazed terrace covered with the awning where you can enjoy your meals with the nice views to the mountains. Inside you find a comfy living - dining room with a TV set and air-conditioning; the kitchen which is equipped with a ceramic hob and all you need to cook, as well as washing machine, iron and ironing board; two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a tub; and three bedrooms all of them with a closet. One of the bedrooms presents a double bed and space for a baby cot. A high chair is also available. The second bedroom has a trundle bed and air-conditioning. And the last bedroom has a doble bed and access to the balcony. Playa de Gandía is perfect for those who love the good weather, being this always nice throughout the whole year. The beach is very extensive and only 350 metres away from the apartment. It is about 7 km long of white and fine sand, perfect to enjoy a walk when the sun sets. If you also like nature in the mountains we recommend you visit the so called Ullal de lEstany, one of the springs that nourishes the marsh of Gandía. It comes from the nearby mountains and the fresh water springs from the subsoil. Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Pets are welcome! The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The pool and tennis courts are open the whole year. The opening hours are from 11 am to 3 pm and from 5 pm ro 8 pm. Please note that rackets and balls are not provided.
