You can then access from the hall to the very well appointed lounge (with sliding doors leading out a beautiful covered terrace and extensive garden overlooking the Tramuntana mountains). From the lounge, sliding doors lead through to a stunning dining area. A second set of sliding doors lead to the very modern kitchen and breakfast area. A door takes then out to the rear dining terrace, pool and garden area: a fantastic place for al-freso dining! To the right of the entrance hall there is also a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the rear terrace. To the left of the entrance hall there is a separate WC and a large garage/utility room. From the hallway, the amazing sweeping staircase leads up to a gallery-styled landing area.
