Villa Costa lies all on one floor, although a few steps separate the living area and one of the bedrooms from the other two bedrooms and bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have direct access onto the garden and the third bedroom, onto the covered porch. The house accommodates six adults perfectly. The cosy lounge with comfortable sofas sits tucked away on one corner of the house while the dining area has access onto the covered porch with plenty of outside furniture, a dining table and extra garden sofas for outside entertaining. The brick-built BBQ is located on one side of the property and the extensive pool is gated and receives the sun all day long. The practical kitchen is located adjacent from the dining area and comes fully fitted. The rental of a car is useful but not necessary when booking this property as all amenities Puerto Pollensa has to offer are only a short 5-minute drive away. The nearby beaches can be reached by foot at 15 minutes’ walk.
