All surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant meticulously before a guest enters the Villa. Cleaning ladies wear disposable gloves and masks to clean and disinfect. Laundry is done using a minimum temperature of 60°C and drying items completely for 72 hours or more. Enjoy the fantastic mountain views from the pool while sunbathing on the terrace. From here there you directly access to the comfortable lounge and fully equipped and new furnished kitchen, offering all items and devices you will need for your perfect stay: dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, kettle. The beautiful bay of Puerto Pollensa offers a wide range of water sports activities to choose from. During the day time you can relax at the beach or for our more active guests there are possiblities to practise windsurfing, jetski, sailing, etc. In the evening there is a wide choice of restaurants - from local tapas to expensive fine dining restaurants. There is a large supermarket just at the entrance of the town, only a 7 minutes walk from the Villa. In Cala Sant Vicenç (or just Cala as it is known to locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four little coves and two main beach areas. Cala Sant Vicenc has spectacular views and crystalline water. Old Pollença boasts several good restaurants and small cafés. The town is steeped in History and this is evident everywhere you look. The Sunday market is especially colourful with local fruit and vegetables and nuts and spices. There is a virgin beach called Cala Boquer near Villa Bernat. The only access to it is by walk, and it can take around 1 hour excursion to finally meet with pure nature, clean and blue water, peace and wonderful views. A car is not necessary due to its wonderful location and proximity to Puerto Pollensa, though there is private parking available, in case it is decided to rent it to discover the beautiful and picturesques places around the Villa.
