The Villa Emilija is located in the most attractive part of Dubrovnik (Ploce) with panoramic views of Lokrum Island, the Adriatic Sea and Dubrovnik Old Town which can be reached in a 3-minute walk. From the West and EastTerrace, you have breathtaking views of the Old Town, as well as to all our rooms. Sea view Villa Emilija has 130m² (1400 ft²) and consists of three bedrooms + all with sea view, and can sleep, 6 persons. This room has a double bed for two persons and an extra sofa bed. Another room has a double bed and room with a twin bed. There is a kitchen, dining room, two bathrooms. The entire accommodation is air-conditioned and is fully equipped and furnished. Each room has a TV, radio, and refrigerator. The Eastside terrace has a Garden Grill, a large table with six chairs where guests can sit and look at the sea on Lokrum Island and Old Town. From the kitchen and room with a balcony, you can reach the East terrace. The Old Town, the centre of all happenings, with numerous monuments, galleries, concerts, along with many cosy restaurants and cafes that are all located inside the city walls that can be reached in a 3-minute walk. Walking distance to the Old Town and the beach is less than 3 minutes. Sea View West Room Sea View West Room with King’s bed sleeps two-person overlooking the sea is 22 m²(237) ft² with Air Condition and a private bathroom with a toilet and a small kitchen in the hallway so far. The West Room has a refrigerator, a TV and a radio alarm clock. From West terraces, you have a beautiful view of the sea, the island Lokrum and Old Town. Sea View Room with Balcony The Sea View Room with Balcony and a double bed for 2 persons and an additional sofa bed and a beauty-full view of the sea and Old Town. 28 m²(301 ft²) room is equipped with Air Condition a refrigerator, SatTV and a radio.
