Villa Paradisius Villa Paradisius is a charming and bright 3-bedroom villa, sleeping 8 guests + 2 extra guests and affording a prime location in the area of Montechoro. Close to all amenities (you have a supermarket nearby) and within walking distance of a large variety of bars and restaurants and also walking distance of the beach, this wonderful villa is still situated in a quiet residencial area. The property is on two levels with all 3 bedrooms on the first floor (the master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower room, there is also a twin bedded room and another with 2 sets of bunk beds). Also on the first floor you will find another shower room. The whole villa has been newly refurbished and the décor is both elegant and stylish giving the whole house a modern and comfortable feel. The ground floor houses an open plan lounge and dining area which is perfect for relaxing indoors away from the heat of the day. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would require for preparing meals during your stay, including a hob, oven, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, kettle, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes and utensils, and also has great access from the dining area through an opening in the wall. There is also another shower room on the ground floor. Al fresco dining is a must during the warm evenings and doors from the living room lead you to a relaxing outside dining area which has a typical Algarvian barbecue on which to prepare your meals. For a more energetic option, this is where you will find the ping pong table and pool table for fun days and memorable evenings together, or for a more chilled out time, there is a wonderful poolside jacuzzi for you to spend time in (available at an extra cost). The private swimming pool which is surrounded by new decking and lovely tropical plants, is perfect for taking time to soak up the wonderful Algarvian sunshine on the sunbeds around the swimming pool (pool heating available as an optional extra), and perfect for refreshing dips and cooling off. This wonderful holiday home benefits from free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas. This tranquil oasis is just steps away from the street that leads into The Strip, known for its selection of bars and clubs and many restaurants. At the bottom of the strip and a 2km walk away you will find the famous Praia d’Oura beach offering many water sports and a good selection of restaurants. The town of Albufeira with its colourful marina, charming Old town along the Fishermens beach, as well as quality restaurants, pubs and shops, is located within a 5-minute drive. Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season). Changeover day is on Saturday, however this may be flexible in low season. Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only) Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts. Prices up to 8 people. The 9th and 10th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Sofa-bed (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week). **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. ***Please note that in the case of all cancellations there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €250 to cover all administration costs incurred, even for bookings made under the Free cancellation policy. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
