Villa Phi Phi Villa Phi Phi is a traditional and spacious 4-bedroom holiday home with a private swimming pool, affording a prime location in the heart of Vilamoura. The property is located just a short drive away from the world famous Vilamoura Marina with its gorgeous bars and restaurants, and from the stunning beaches of “Praia da Falésia” and “Praia de Vilamoura” just to name a couple. With easy access to water parks and championship golf courses only minutes away, Villa Phi Phi is in the ideal location from which to enjoy and explore the Algarve. This comfortable villa with free Wi-Fi, has 4 bedrooms: 1 twin bedroom with air conditioning is situated on the ground floor, along with 1 service toilet and 1 bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower. On the first floor there are a further 3 bedrooms (all air conditioned.) 1 double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms, all of which have doors leading to an outside terrace. There is one further bathroom on the first floor (in addition to the en-suite). The kitchen is extremely spacious and fully equipped with a refrigerator / freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The generously large air conditioned living room with its traditional wooden floor is equipped with a DVD player and satellite television and leads to a separate spacious dining room with a large dining table and 8 chairs. Traditional doors allow direct access to the terrace with outdoor lounge / dining areas and a brick-built barbeque, as well as the garden and swimming pool. The villa has a superb private swimming pool with shower, surrounded by a stunning and spacious lawn garden with sunbeds for lounging and making the most of the summer sun. One parking space is available inside the property walls. Villamoura is famous for its golf courses and marina and is a very central location with everything you may need within close range. Quality large supermarkets, bars and restaurants are located within a 5-minute drive and the Aquashow Water Park, one of the biggest in the region, is also easily reached. This villa is located close to the Old Village Villamoura. Villa Phi Phi is the perfect choice for a private and delightful time in close proximity to everything you may require for your holiday, and to enjoy Vilamoura, with its lively Marina and Casino, quality restaurants, bars, shops, Golf, and all it has to offer. The changeover day for this property is on Thursday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 0:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season) Breakage Deposit Groups: €150 per person (payable by credit card only) Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts Prices up to 8 people The 9th to the 11th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed (e.g. folding bed/sofa bed) for only €75 each per week or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot for only €20 each per week. The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed. ***Please note that in the case of all cancellations there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €250 to cover all administration costs incurred, even for bookings made under the Free cancellation policy. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
