Villa Santi II is situated in a cliff-top tourist resort, Cala’n Porter, on the south coast of the island and only a 10 minute drive from the airport. The wonderful beach with crystal clear waters can be accessed via road or steps and also offers two beach bars serving local tapas and sangria. Other south coast beaches (Binibeca, Punta Prima, Binisafúa, Son Bou) can be reached in less than 15 minutes by car, and the capital town Mahon is also only a 10 minute drive away. Car hire is available from the resort and a daily bus service runs between Calan Porter and Mahon during the summer months. The exterior of the property is ideal for outdoor living, with a private swimming pool surrounded by a sunbathing terrace, and a shaded porch with table and chairs and a stone barbecue for al fresco dining and cooking.
