Electric Cooker with oven and ceramic hot plates, large Microwave, dish washer, everything you could possibly need to create anything from a snack to a banquet. Pool and Patio Area - We have provided sun loungers and a 2 patio tables with 10 chairs for your comfort. The pool can be heated for an additional charge (recommended from November to March). For those alfresco dining experiences, we have provided melamine crockery. A BBQ can be hired. TV/Living Room - The TV room has comfortable theatre type reclining armchairs to enjoy the benefits of our new flat screen wall-mounted 70 HD LED TV together with a Blu-Ray DVD player. Family Room - The family room is adjacent to the kitchen & dining area and has leather sofas. For your entertainment, there is another flat screen wall mounted cable 60” HD LED TV. Patio doors provide access to the pool deck with shaded area. We also have a pool safety fence which is required by law to prevent little ones entering the pool without supervision. The safety fence is removable. Master Bedroom - The exceptionally large master bedroom has a luxury king size bed, ceiling fan, wall mounted flat screen 43 HD LED TV, radio alarm clock and walk-in wardrobe. The master en-suite bathroom has a large corner Roman bath, a large walk-in shower, twin vanity units, a hair dryer, bathroom scales and a separate WC Queen Bedroom (Ground Floor) - This bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, flat screen 39 wall mounted HD LED cable TV and walk-in wardrobe. The bathroom is next door with a Bedrooms 4 and 5 - There are two twin bedrooms, one with a girls theme and the other with a boys theme each have a flat screen 39 TV. Each has ceiling fans and a built-in wardrobe. 2nd Queen master bedroom is located on the 1st floor with an adjacent bathroom with WC, vanity unit, and bath with shower over. The bedroom has wall mounted 39" HD LED TV. Games Room - Our games room is equipped with with a pool table, 7 air hockey table, and Electronic type dart board and also a Foosball table specially for the little ones. Mike Dashers Highlands Reserve Golf Course (opened in 1998) located 12 minutes southwest of Disney World is a golf course unlike anything you would expect in Florida. What makes Highlands Reserve special is the spirited design that matches the propertys unique character. The course sits on the edge of a long sand shelf called the Green Swamp Ridge near the town of Davenport, with elevations spanning 120 feet from top to bottom. Dashers holes fairly dance around it, two-stepping from a high point at the first green all the way to the low basin of the 13th fairway.
