Surrounded by fields, and with a garden with vines and peach trees. In the village there is a church within walking distance. Bicycles are available for guests use and logs for the wood-burning stove are provided. The patio area is an ideal place for dining al-fresco, or relaxing in the hammock after a day exploring. Travel further south and visit Cognac with its many distilleries, or spend a day in Angoulême, with a huge lake with a beach, ideal for windsurfing and even water-skiing. To the north is Poitiers with Futuroscope. Fly via Poitiers, Angoulême or La Rochelle.
