The apartment is situated in the middle of several beautiful golf courses and is close to the beaches (3 km) of Pt. Banus and Marbella. Both Malaga, Ronda and Gibraltar are just an hours drive away from "Casa di Tony".You will be surprised how private this apartment is! You can relax on one of the two balconies or at the tropical pools. Inside the house everything is there for a nice stay.Both the living room and the two bedrooms have sliding doors that give access to two terraces and a French balcony. You have the wonderful Spanish sun on this side of the house from dawn until late in the afternoon. Open them and the apartment will be almost twice as big! In the bright living room you will find a comfortable 3-seater sofa and a large lounge chair. Here is also the dining table for 6 people. Image and sound are provided by the flat-screen TV and the surround system with blue tooth soundbar. In the outdoor area at the front of the apartment you can enjoy the evening sun.In the master bedroom there is a comfortable two person bed of 180 * 200. There is still enough space here to place the travel bed (max. 15 kg). The bedroom has a large closet with sliding doors that is spacious enough to give all your luggage a place. In this cupboard you will also find the travel bed, the baby chair and the childrens and pool toys. Also in these cabinets are among other things the umbrellas and two car child seats (5-9 years).In the childrens / guest bedroom there are three times a one-person bed (90 * 200) next to each other. There is a bedside table between each bed. In this room is also a spacious closet with safe for all your luggage. You can put the possible pram or bicycle at the bottom of the stairs. There are no upstairs neighbors.Facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants and bars are at max. 1 km away. A nice walk is uphill to the turtle lake. The beaches of Puero Banús and Marbella beach are only 3 km away.The whole complex includes 3 swimming pools and beautiful tropical gardens.The children will enjoy it!Our host Colin will welcome you just outside the complex to give you the keys and guide you to the apartment. He also informs you about "Casa di Tony" and the surrounding area. Colin also takes care of the check out.Casa di Tony is unfortunately not suitable for pets.You can park your car in front of the house on our own private parking space.You have access to the whole house except a small part of the sliding closet in the childrens / guest bedroom.
