Villa Tobago is a lovely, spacious holiday Villa, located in Patroves, Albufeira, only 3km from the best golden sandy beaches. With stunning sea views, private swimming pool and based in a great, residential area, this property is sure to be a great setting for a wonderful holiday. This 3-bedroom villa sleeps up to 6+4 guests and has 3 bedrooms all with their own en-suite bathrooms. On the first floor there is one double, en-suite bedroom with a balcony, and one twin en-suite bedroom with a large terrace offering stunning sea views. The perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing drink watching the spectacular Algarve sunsets. The ground floor has another twin en-suite bedroom which has a few steps leading down to the swimming pool and gardens. Also located on the ground floor is the spacious and fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, sink, and all the utensils necessary to cook at home. The lounge/dining area is on two levels and is bright and airy with comfortable sofas and a large TV with international and Portuguese channels. The lovely outdoor terrace, lawned garden and swimming pool is accessed by glass sliding doors from the dining area, lounge and ground floor bedroom. The property is completely walled and fenced, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with a pedestrian gate leading to the entrance and a larger gate leading to the driveway. The private swimming pool is located at the back of the property and is south facing, receiving sunshine all day. To the side of the villa with easy access from the kitchen and the pool terrace is a typical Algarvian brick built BBQ, great for entertaining friends and family with a meal alfresco. Villa Tobago offers Air-Conditioning and free Wi-Fi. All amenities including restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets are just a short drive away. The fantastic sandy beaches of Castelo, São Rafael and Gale are also just a few minutes’ drive away, providing an excellent choice for a day out. The town of Albufeira with its colourful marina, charming Old town along the Pescadores beach and the Strip, as well as quality restaurants, pubs and shops, is located within a 10-minute drive. Car Hire is recommended. If you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season). **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 0:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only) Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts Prices up to 6 people. The 7th to the 10th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week). The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed. ***Please note that in the case of all cancellations there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €250 to cover all administration costs incurred, even for bookings made under the Free cancellation policy. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
