INSIDE THE HOUSE• This is a new (2008) house with private street entrance. Detached with no neighbours and built over two levels. Upstairs includes a bright open plan living space with large sky lights with black out blinds.• Theres a modern, fully integrated kitchen with washer/dryer, dishwasher, cooker/hob/extractor and microwave - all fitted beautifully with wood fascias. There is complimentary tea, coffee and sugar.• The living room has a wall mounted LCD TV and DVD/CD/tape/radio player. Internet access is available (chargeable). There is also an incoming telephone.• There is a fold down double sofa bed and room for an additional single z bed in the living area, if needed.• Downstairs the large master bedroom has plenty of fitted wardrobe space, and either a super king size bed or choice of double and single or twins (two singles) for flexibility. The en suite bathroom has luxury fittings with bath/shower and skylights (with black out blinds) giving it a light airy feel.• The house is built on a slope (upside down house). Downstairs is not a basement and so has natural light from both the bathroom (which has a glazed wall through to bedroom) and a window in the door, which leads to the rear terrace.• The rear terrace has a table and four chairs.
