The villa is located at the beautiful island of Kos in a village six miles away of the port of Kos, called Tigaki.
The property stretches over five sq.m. and is fenced in all around.
The villa and its main terraces, face East, West and South, offering a wonderful view of a sunrise as well as a panoramic view of the sea and great rural landscape views.
The sandy beach of Tigaki is a ten minute walk away and the town of Kos is easily accessed by car. This is an ideal location for those who want a peaceful holiday within easy reach of shops and life of town.
Description
The luxurious villa was built in 2009 on two levels with five bedrooms.
On the first floor you can find the master bedroom with a king size bed, with two bedside tables, a big chest of drawers, three wardrobes, TV and its own luxurious bathroom. The bedroom faces east and has access to a spacious terrace with view of the mountains.
The second and the third bedroom next to the master bedroom has two beds, two big wardrobes and access to each own terrace with a beautiful sea view. The fourth bedroom on the upper floor has a baby bed and a wardrobe.
On the upper floor there is also a big luxurious bathroom with a big shower, cosmetic mirror and hair dryer. The fifth bedroom is located downstairs which has a double bed and leads to a living room and also to a gym room with gymnastic equipments such us powerplate, a corridor of gymnastics etc.
The main house has a large living room with three big sofas for twelve people, a luxurius table , a big coffe table , TV,DVD, a fireplace and an additional WC. The kitchen boasts modern appliances and is very well equipped with everything you may need : refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, mixer, toaster and a big dining table.
The beautiful infinity pool (6x12m) is cleverly positioned within the scenery and enjoy privacy. Its equipped with comfortable chairs and facilities for having a relaxing time.
