Old walled house fully renovated and located in a very quiet and small street in the heart of the seaside town of Pornichet, Southern Brittany, near La Baule famous for its family and jet-set atmosphere, surrounded by magnificent historical properties listed in the local inheritage. Close to the beach (50m) that you can see from two of the bedrooms, near the lively district of Pornichet with food and fish market , restaurants, creperies and bars. Windsurf, kitesurf shops, holiday clubs for children and seafood restaurants on the beach.
Entrance from the walled patio (50m2) with outside lighting, BBQ, table and chairs (veranda) to the fully equipped kitchen in the middle of which stands a very wide and high table encircled by 6 whicker stools, tucked into one end of the living-room with comfortable seating, TV and DVD. On the same floor, a shower room with WC. In the patio, an extra shower for freshening up after getting back from the beach.
Stairs from the living-room to the first floor: 2 bedrooms + 1 small mezzanine room with double beds and single mattress (12m2, 12m2, 6 m2). One of them opens on a terrace south facing with sunloungers, the second one has a sea view and a narrow stairs leading to a small mezzanine room with another sea view.
