Outdoor Area One side of the apartment has a lovely lawn with pergola, beach chairs and a table for outdoor lunches. Interior The apartment is all on one floor and has fresh, comfy furniture. The entrance leads to the living/dining room with sofa, satellite TV, DVD player and fully equipped cooking area. As for the bedrooms, there is one double with bathroom with shower and one bedroom with two beds with bathroom with shower which has direct access to the garden. Location The apartment is part of a completely enclosed property, a few hundred metres from other homes, in the Tuscan countryside between Bolgheri and Bibbona, near the Magona woods and 15 minutes from the sea. The property is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves leading to the sea. The sun sets in this direction, creating some wonderful views. Facilities Cedro 1B has air conditioning in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi, central heating, a baby bed, hairdryer, mosquito screens, ping pong table and parking in the property. The owner lives in an apartment on the first floor of the villa. Access to the property via 1.8 km of good condition gravel road. Arrival time is between 3.00 pm and 8 pm (after 8 pm a fee of 20 Euros is required). Any late arrivals have to be agreed upon in advance. The sea in the background offers breathtaking, colourful sunsets. This is in an area with amazing red wines, “Sassicaia” above all, but all farms produce great wine. At Bolgheri Castle, a delightful village with many traditional restaurants and small shops, you can dine in the mild evenings with typical Tuscan dishes. The beaches of Marina di Bibbona are nearby, but we also suggest visiting the cliffs of the Gulf of Baratti, a charming cove overlooked by Populonia and rich in Etruscan heritage.
