A newly built two-bedroom bungalow on the oversubscribed Bogue Village, in the St James Parish, Montego Bay. It has eco friendly solar powered hot water supplying a bath and shower plumbed to a modern fitted kitchen complete with Sharp microwave oven, washing machine, gas cooker and fridge freezer in an air conditioned open plan style to a dining and living area fully furnished with TV and Internet connectivity for your computer without the charges, queues, security and time limit issues associated with Internet cafes. The unlimited broadband access lets you handle your business affairs plus keep in touch with family and friends in comfort and privacy.

Guest tend to travel with cell/mobile phones with international roaming agreements set up with their network service providers to stay in touch. To save on communication cost we recommend that guest who intend to bring computers with them should install voice over IP telephony software such as Skype. Ian Fleming’s James Bond would approve of such technology.

It has never been our policy to supply towels for guest due to hygienic reasons intrinsic to recycling them in a smaller infrastructure than a hotel. Thus we advise you to provide your own towels.

In addition, the house is situated on a larger than average plot of land which seasonally has fruit and vegetables in the garden available for consumption. This house is in the corner of a quite cul-de-sac and only 10 minutes from Sangster Airport. Airport pick up and dro p off service.
