Located at only 200 meters (8-10 minutes walk) from the centre of the old town of Albufeira and the Fishermans Beach, you do not need a car or the hassle of waiting for or driving a bus very time you want to go to the beach or get out to dine or have a drink.
The spacious lounge (additional sleeping area) includes a dining area with separate table & chairs, satellite TV, a music centre and air conditioning. The double bedroom has large fitted wardrobe, table& air conditioning. The lounge & master bedroom both open out onto a large balcony with views to the ocean and beautiful gardens. The kitchen is fully equipped & has built-in oven & hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and Iron/ironing board. The beautiful bathroom have bath with shower over, basin, toilet & bidet. The large balcony is furnished with table and chairs for those who would like to enjoy the ocean and city views while having breakfast or dinner.

Available to all guests at the Monte Rio part of Cerro Mar is the free use of the heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath and gym, plus underground parking.

The fabulous sandy beaches are located just a further 2 minutes walk away.
