The villa has 4 large ensuite bedrooms, with a 5th family shower room with wc and wash basin. Very comfortably sleeps up to 10 using one portable bed and one sturdy cot. .The 10m x 5m pool at the rear of the villa enjoys stunning views has night lights and is heated FREE OF CHARGE mid March to early November each year. The pool is surrounded by a fully furnished pool terrace, with deep bamboo shade and wonderful garden. There is also a large furnished pergola with BBQ in the garden with night lights for al fresco dining. The villa has aircon to all rooms and WIFI internet access is available on request. There is a games room with darts, table tennis and table top football. English local manager on all 24/7 throughout your stay. Excellent bistro just 12 mins walk.
New for 2012 - all spacious bedrooms are now ensuite (2 twin, 2 double) All bedrooms have extensive floor to ceiling cupboards. The master bedroom on the first floor has a 6ft bed, superb bathroom and its own furnished terrace where you can sit and enjoy the views. You will fight over this one! There is a digital safe in one of the bedrooms. Cot, portable bed and high chair supplied free of charge.
The kitchen with granite surface has all you could wish for including dishwasher, fridge/freezer hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and is fully equipped for 10 people. There is a washing machine and second drinks fridge in the utility room.
The spacious lounge, with dining area off has a large LCD TV (with satellite TV including BBC and ITV channels), DVD player which also plays CDs, ornamental fire place, large comfy sofas, other seating and comfortably seats 10 in both areas. There are two doors leading to the substantial pool terrace, heated pool and gardens.
The pool terrace is furnished with loungers, tables, chairs and is south facing for maximum sun but has a solid roof offering deep shade in hotter months. Surrounding the pool is a quite superb garden. Total plot size approx half an acre. To the side is a large BBQ and large furnished pergola with night lights for al fresco dining. Table tennis, table top football and darts in the basement games room.
PRICE INCLUDES: FREE heated pool mid March to early Nov, all linen, towels, up to 8 pool/beach towels, villa cleaning. Also includes services of English manager who will meet you on arrival at the villa and remain on call throughout your holiday.

Casa Pacifica is 2.6 miles from Moncarapacho and close to Quelfes, Estoi and Olhao and only 26kms from Faro airport which can be reached within 20-25 mins. (Seville 1 hr 45 mins, Lisbon 2.5 hours) The surrounding area is rural and totally unspoilt and known for its extensive citrus and almond groves. However you are still only 20-35 minutes away from major Central Algarve attractions and wonderful golf courses.
There are five golf courses all within 25-30mins of the villa and 5 more across the Spanish border. Within 2 kms of Moncarapacho itself there are 2 new 9 hole courses and tennis courts for hire. The whole area is unspoilt and sleepy but theres lots to do and see in Moncarapacho, several local bars, some truly excellent restaurants, fresh veg market, petrol station, cyber cafe, post office, numerous shops, post office, pharmacy etc. Excellent Welcome Book in the villa to assist you to explore the area.
This is a very pretty and inexpensive part of the Algarve. Do come and enjoy!!
Within 800m of the villa is a local bistro offering excellent low cost food and drink where clients go time and time again. 2 mins driving or a gentle 14+ mins walk through countryside. Where wine is only 5 euros a litre, a three course lunch including wine and coffee is 6.5 euros and there is an extensive evening menu. Steak on the stone is a local speciality.
THINGS TO DO, PLACES TO VISIT
The villa is within easy distance of Tavira (regarded as the loveliest town in the Algarve), Estoi (with its Rococo palace now a Pousadda and Roman ruins), Olhao (fishing port, markets and good shopping), Vila Real (16th century town on the Spanish border) and much much more.
From Tavira, Olhao and Cabanas you can travel by small boat to many truly superb offshore beaches. Fuseta only 6 miles away has a lovely permanent beach, calm lagoon with small boat to island. From Pedras del Rei you can travel by narrow gauge railway to Barill island. More information on places to visit and wide range of tried and tested restaurants is contained in an extensive Welcome Pack in the villa.
Seville can be reached in under 2 hours, Cordoba 3.5 hours, Lisbon 2.5 hours. The roads and motorways are excellent.
Alternatively within 20-30 mins driving west you can access major central Algarve towns and attractions including golf, water parks and marine parks. Then return at end end of the day to the peace and tranquility of the villa.
The Ria Formosa National Park is close by. This is a truly unspoilt part of the Algarve. Come and taste the difference. Experience the REAL Portugal. Wonderful local food and wine at exceptionally low prices and where the pace of life is very different.
