Casa de Carondelet
Recently renvoated early 19th Century Spanish style patio home. The house is complete with inner courtyard with fountain and gardens, breakfast room, wine cellar, living room, full modernized kitchen, and terrace. There is ample hot water and water purification system in the house.

The house is only three blocks from Plaza Grande and is in the fashionable 17th century Colonial sector San Marcos. There are art galleries, antique venues, restaurants, cafes, museusm, churches, plazas. and boutique hotels all in the neighborhood and within walking distance. The house is very secure.

There is wireless internet connection for only laptops. There is a desktop computer available.

Managament
Excelsior Tours is a full service travel agency in Ecuador where we also manage property for foriegn investors. We operate our rentals much like a hotel providing all services you would expect from a hotel such as laundry, valet service, and maid service.

Our rental price includes one cleaning per week and a change of sheets, towells and linens. And...the morning following your arrival we will take you on a personal guide at your convenience and introduce to you the local supermarket, restaurants, public transportation, indigenous markets and other places of interest.
