Casa David has 4 spacious bedrooms, 4 fully tiled bath/shower rooms and is furnished to the highest standard with marble floors throughout. Furniture and colours are in true Algarve style. Comfortably accommodates up to 10 using one portable bed and one sturdy child cot all supplied free of charge.
There are two huge double ensuite bedrooms. The ensuite bedroom on first floor has a 6ft bed, corner bath and its own private terrace with seating. You will fight over this one!!
There are two further spacious twin rooms. All bedrooms have floor to ceiling cupboards. There is a digital safe in the villa.
The bathrooms are of the highest quality, beautifully tiled. 3 bathrooms with bath/shower/vanity unit, toilet and bidet. The 4th is a shower room with vanity unit and toilet.
The very large lounge (with 2 x 4 seater comfortable sofas and other seating) has a dining area off with doors leading to pool and pool terrace. Plenty of seating in both areas for 10 people. Complete with satellite TV (with BBC and ITV channels), DVD player which also plays CDs. Books, games and some DVDs in the villa.
There is seating, table tennis, table top football and a step machine in the basement games room.
The south facing pool terrace is fully equipped with table, chairs, loungers. There is deep shade for hotter months under a bamboo pergola. To the side is a large BBQ for al fresco dining and at night the pool is lit for your full enjoyment.
The garden is extensive with lovely natural planting, also large grassed area with boules and a newly developed second seating area. The villa is fully gated with plentiful off road parking.
The villa is 2.5 miles from Moncarapacho and close to Quelfes,Olhao and Estoi and only 26kms from Faro airport which can be reached within 20-25 mins by excellent roads. The surrounding area is rural and totally unspoilt and known for its extensive citrus groves. However you are still only 20-30 minutes away from major Central Algarve attractions.... if you can remove yourself away from the pool!
There are a number of outstanding beaches and islands nearby, the closest being at Fuseta 6 miles away. There are five excellent golf courses all within 15-25 mins of the villa and 5 more across the Spanish border.

Moncarapacho, is only 2.6 miles with numerous local bars, some excellent restaurants, fresh veg market, petrol station, cyber cafe, post office,numerous shops, supermarkets, post office, pharmacy and lots more. Olhao is close by with boats to islands and many restaurants. Excellent Welcome Book in the villa with lots of information on the area.
There is a sturdy portable cot and one portable/folding bed in the villa, which can be placed anywhere, allowing a maximum occupancy of 9 plus a baby (10)

Casa David is located on the edge of this very small countryside development, all with plots of approx one third to one half an acre. The villa enjoys PRIME PRIME location and backs onto glorious open countryside with sea views on the horizon. The garden is unspoilt, an extensive garden of scrub and stone, with lovely planting and a large grass area for your enjoyment. Fully gated, there is lots of off road parking. Table tennis, table top football and step machine in the games room..

THINGS TO DO, PLACES TO VISIT
The villa is within easy distance of Tavira (regarded as the loveliest town in the Algarve), Estoi (with its Rococo palace now a Pousadda and Roman ruins), Olhao (fishing port, markets and shopping), Vila Real (16th century town on the Spanish border) and much much more. From Tavira, Olhao, Fusetta and Cabanas you can travel by small boat to many truly superb offshore beaches. This remains a lovely unspoilt area of Europe, low cost and rustic.
Seville can be reached within 2 hours, Cordoba is 2 hrs further on, , Lisbon is approximately 2.5 hours away. The roads and motorways are excellent. Alternatively within 30 mins driving west you can access major central Algarve towns and attractions.
The Ria Formosa National Park is close by with flamingoes and the famous Portuguese water dog with webbed feet.
This is a truly unspoilt and very inexpensive part of the Algarve. Come and taste the difference. The real Portugal.
