All bedrooms have Air Conditioning, Ceiling fan, Cable Television, En-Suite Bathrooms and Safe

1 of the Rooms has its own kitchenette, private entrance and small balcony. The Dining room is spacious and well furnished with 2 dining tables and adjacent to a large Kitchen

The upstairs lounge is also very spacious, has ample seating for 14 people. Just off the lounge is a sun terrace with a table and outdoor furnature.

When rented as a 4 bedroom house The House Manager lives on site in a self contained apartment, There are 2 small friendly Basset Hounds who also have their own accommodation in the grounds.

BREAKAGES PLEASE NOTE
We have not asked you to make a deposit for breakages.
If there are any breakages or loss of Keys etc during your stay this will be payable locally up to a maximum of £200.



House Staff
We provide a cleaning service (mornings only) 9am to 1 pm
(Staff do not work on a Sunday)
Staff will carry out Housekeping duties as well as regular bed and Linen changes, Beds changed every 4 days Towels every 3 days
maintain the swimming pool and outside areas.



As the property is on a self catering basis you will be responsible for providing your own food etc.

You can order meals & snacks from a restaurant close by who will deliver to the house. A menu is available at the house.

Swimming pool / Grounds & Additional information
At the rear of the property there is a small fun pool which is approx 7m x 4m and 1 metre deep. There is also a BBQ and Patio area with garden furniture.
There is a large shaded porch at the front of the house, with additional seating to the side and a spiral staircase to the first floor sun terrace. The garden is planted with shrubs and trees and is a haven for the local wild life.
