After a mere 18 km drive, you can reach Milna on the West coast of the island. It lies along a mile-long bay, nearly a Mediterranean "fjord" with the biggest marine of the island. The island is safer and more silent than the coastline with its friendly atmosphere. For those who really want to relax, this is a great place. On the island of Brač there is the highest peak of all Croatian islands, Vidova Gora (778 m), from this point you can see a famous beach Zlatni Rat and neighboring islands.
