This detached privately owned villa is ideally located in the picturesque village of Pereybere, only a 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach. Here you will have the dual benefit of being close enough to walk to the main beach attraction and enjoy the hustle and bustle of the fishing village, or choose to enjoy the peacefulness and privacy by relaxing within the spacious villa grounds, perhaps taking a dip in the villa’s luxurious private swimming pool.

The villa is privately owned by a retired British couple who are originally from Mauritius. They spend most of their time in the south of the island where they have their own family home. They chose this particular area to build their villa as its location ensures privacy, it is a safe area and Pereybere's pristine beach is close by. There are also neighbouring villas of equally high standard.

The fully furnished villa consists of:
First Floor - 3 double bedrooms (1 ensuite, 1with large balcony), 1 main toilet and shower (separate).
Ground floor – 1 twin bedroom, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 spacious lounge,
1 large dining room, 1 main toilet and shower (separate).

Outside – Ample sized swimming pool, veranda/patio area and a safe area for children to play. The grounds are secured by a wall recently increased in height to ensure maximum privacy for your pleasure. The property’s high gates can be locked at night ensuring safety.

A representative will pick you up at the airport upon arrival in Mauritius (about 45-50 minute drive from the airport to the villa) and take you to the property, show you around and hand over the keys. Upon departure, our representative will also transport you back to the airport. This service is free of charge for up to 4 people. If your party is more than 4 people then you will have to pay for a taxi to take the extra people to and from the villa. A driver will not be available to take you to and from the airport for short stays (1-2days) .
