It is located on a secure estate is located on the Dolphin coast overlooking the Indian Ocean just 25 minutes from the airport, 15 - 20 minutes from Ballito and 40 minutes north of Durban.

The house is also located at the end of quiet and secluded Sandhills Road.

Beachhaven is situated on the magnificent Princes grant Coastal Golf Estate about 35 minutes north of Durban.
This golf course has been ranked one of the top 20 golf courses in South Africa and enjoys panoramic views of the Indian Ocean.

There is top quality 24-hour security throughout the Estate giving you peace of mind to relax.
Foreign visitors should also be reassured to know that it is also located in a malaria free region.
Prince’s grant has also been named a site of conservation significance by the Natal Parks Board so non-golfers can enjoy nature walks and bird watching on the estate as well as canoeing and fishing in the lagoon.
They can enjoy the miles of unspoiled sandy beaches and frequent sightings of bottle nose dolphins who are visible all year round and whales during breeding season.
