When you stay at the Bay View Villas complex, you're getting more than just another place to stay. In Bay View you will find peace, quiet and fabulous views of Sunny Beach and Nessebar.
The complex is fully enclosed, with 24hr security, and is a pedestrian only zone. So if you have children its the ideal place to stay for peace of mind.
There is also a creche with a gated playground area.

The first thing to catch your eye will be the main pools, with swim up bars, water falls, and plenty of places to relax.
There are many sunbeds and sunshades around the complex, which are free of charge unlike most other resorts.

If chilling out is your thing, try the Spa and Wellness facilities. Here, you will find all the right ingredients for a king size pampering session. Steam baths and saunas. Whirlpool and Cleopatra baths. Theres even a beauty studio and hairdresser.
Other on site facilities include, pool table, table tennis, Gym, playground, crazy golf, childrens pool, and a laundry service.
Beach / pool towels can be hired from reception for a small charge.

As for the villas themselves, they are constructed from stone and wood of the highest quality. Inside, theyre stylish and cosy, with a natural and relaxing atmosphere. There is a fuly fitted kitchen, cosy dining area and living room, with air conditioning and heating. There are also 2 balconies where you can relax and soak up the sun. On top of that, you also get cable TV and an internet connection.
There is a shuttle bus that runs frequently to Sunny Beach.

Please note that in this villa, smoking is only permitted on the balconies.

Sunny Beach and surrounding areas
In Sunny Beach, you'll find all the shops, bars, restaurants, pristine sands, warm waters and endless hours of golden sunshine you would expect from the perfect beach holiday. However, you'll also have a new world to discover, from the national dishes and wines to the folklore and fiery dances of Bulgaria. For the energetic there are many nightclubs open until the early hours.

There are some 7km of sands to spread out on the beach. Here you will find any number of activities to try. Water skiing, inflatable banana rides and beach volleyball to name but a few.

Away from the beach you can hire bikes, and spend a day in the pleasantly shady and fragrant Almond Hills behind the nearby picturesque village of Kosharitsa. And don't miss ancient Nessebar at the southern end of the bay. Dating back to the 6th century, its bursting with narrow cobblestone streets, little shops and stalls where you're sure to bag a bargain. Its also the perfect place to sample a few of the national dishes, including freshly caught fish.


How to get there
Sunny Beach is well serviced from May to October by both Bourgas and Varna airports. Bourgas is conveniently located just 25 minutes from the resort and Varna is a 80 minute transfer.

Transfers from both Bourgas and Varna airports can be arranged at time of booking through us. We will meet and greet you on your arrival and take you straight to your villa. This will save you time haggling with the taxi drivers, and explaining to them where the resort is.

We can also arrange competitively priced car hire from the airport for you.
