Welcome to Bali Emerald, a luxurious 4-bedroom private penthouse apartment located in a prime Bali area. Occupying a top floor of the Novotel Hotel & Private Residences, the penthouse has superb views of the golf course and sea. The penthouse features a Jacuzzi, a Balinese outside shower, a well appointed kitchen, wireless internet and spacious deluxe living and entertainment areas. Guests staying at the Bali Emerald penthouse will be met at the Ngurah Rai International Airport by a chauffeured airconditioned car.

The entrance hallway opens out on to a spacious reception lounge with sofa seating and a study desk with wi-fi internet connection. The left hallway leads on to 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 and 2 have queen size beds and tv with satellite connection. Both share a bathroom with shower across the hall. The end of the hall leads to the master bedroom. Master bedroom has a queen sized bed, tv with satellite channels and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and both indoor shower and an outdoor Balinese shower. Patio doors in the master bedroom lead to two terraces. Terrace 1 is a meditation area with a day bed and water fountain. Terrace 2 is a much larger space with a traditional Balinese day bed and a jacuzzi with views of the golf course, sea and the hills beyond. To the right of the reception lounge is an open plan living space with tv lounge, dining room, kitchen and wc. Bedroom 4 with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower is just off the living room. The tv lounge seats 8 comfortably and has a 42-inch plasma tv with satellite channels. The dining table seats 8. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with 3 bar stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker, crockery, cutlery, all the basics and more. A laundry room is next to the kitchen and has a washing machine, sink and ironing equipment. Patio doors run the length of the living area and these open out to the main terrace which has panoramic views. The main terrace is a large spacious area and has sofa seating and a dining table for 4. The terrace runs the full length of the outside front of the property and features wood decking, a water fountain, sculpture and plants.

Nusa Dua is a beachfront complex set within a landscaped tropical environment with several five-star hotels and resorts. It has a 18-hole championship standard golf course, international capacity convention/meeting centre and outdoor amphitheatre, a shopping centre with restaurants, shops and a supermarket, paved tracks for cycling/jogging/walking and miles of beautiful white sand beaches. Its all there. Congested and crowded? Not at all. Its tranquil but not isolated. Perfect if you want the best of both worlds.

It is conveniently located for the many holiday activities in Bali. The lively centers of Kuta/Seminyak, Legian are 30 minutes drive. The cultural center Ubud is 1 hour away. Around Nusa Dua itself, many activities are within walking distance or just a 10-15 min. drive.
