This tasteful and modern holiday home is situated on the beautiful island of Brac in Central Dalmatia. The villa consists of two separate units connected through an outdoor staircase. Enjoy the peaceful and wellkept surroundings and the beautiful terraces with magnificent panoramic views over the Adriatic Sea and the mainland with the towns of Split and Omis and the Biokovo Mountain. The garden offers a grill, a playhouse for children and a refreshing swimming pool. You can enjoy a cooling bath, get a tan in the sun or simply enjoy a drink in the shade. The house is situated just a few kilometres from a gravel beach which is suitable for children and 1.5 km from a sand beach. It will take you 5 minutes to walk to the town centre of Postira with good restaurants, delicious delicacies, ice cream stalls and cafés. The main town of Brac is Supetar with more than 3,000 inhabitants. During the summer, ferries connect the island to the mainland every hour and the crossing takes approx. one hour. Another ferry port is Sumartin which connects the island to Makarska. The touristic centre of the island is Bol and here you will find numerous entertaining offers and activities. The Golden Horn, one of the greatest beaches in Croatia, is also closeby. You will find the picturesque vineyards on the southern slopes in the upper part of Bol, growing on small terraces. The dark red Bolski Plavac is characterised by its bitter taste and specific bouquet.
